Les algues marines ont une&nbsp;<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\"><strong>concentration en iode 10 \u00e0 2000 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que le sel iod\u00e9<\/strong>,<\/span> les algues d\u2019eau douce, elles, ne contiennent pas d\u2019iode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Les algues marine sont plus saines que le sel iod\u00e9 ?<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.pixabay.com\/photo\/2016\/03\/09\/05\/52\/she-crab-1245373_960_720.jpg\" alt=\"Photos gratuites de Elle crabe\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Afin de lutter contre les carences en iode (surtout dans les populations montagnardes), nos autorit\u00e9s de sant\u00e9 ont mis en place le&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">sel iod\u00e9<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, le sel sorti de son endroit d\u2019origine perd son iode. Le sel que vous acheter ne contient pratiquement pas d\u2019iode sauf celui qui est enrichie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me aujourd\u2019hui, nous sommes carenc\u00e9s en iode mais en exc\u00e8s de sel et donc de sodium.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;organisme, le sodium est indispensable et intervient \u00e0 de nombreux niveaux coupl\u00e9s au potassium. Ainsi en juste quantit\u00e9, il permet de maintenir l&rsquo;hom\u00e9ostasie, la r\u00e9partition hydrique, la pression art\u00e9rielle, le fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me nerveux et la contraction musculaire. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais en exc\u00e8s, le sodium favorise la r\u00e9tention d&rsquo;eau et peut entra\u00eener de l&rsquo;hypertension art\u00e9rielle, ce qui augmente les risques de maladies cardio-vasculaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Les atouts sant\u00e9 des algues, en comparaison au sel iod\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Les algues sont une&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">alternative int\u00e9ressante au sel iod\u00e9<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;car ils permettent de<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">&nbsp;<strong>faire le plein d\u2019iode tout en r\u00e9duisant nos apports en sodium.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, en comparaison au sel de table, elles&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">contiennent nettement moins de sodium<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;(en moyenne 20 \u00e0 36 mg par gramme d\u2019algue marine contre 381 mg par gramme pour le sel, soit environ 10 fois moins).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autres atouts, elles sont ainsi <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">riches en s\u00e9l\u00e9nium<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;(un excellent d\u00e9toxifiant, agissant sur les m\u00e9taux lourds), en&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">calcium<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;ou encore en&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">magn\u00e9sium<\/span><\/strong>. Elles sont \u00e9galement&nbsp;une source de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/span><\/strong>, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire notre consommation de prot\u00e9ines animales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">Attention \u00e0 l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019iode<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention tout de m\u00eame aux exc\u00e8s :&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">une consommation excessive d\u2019algues riches en iode peut causer un exc\u00e8s d\u2019iode&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong>qui peut perturber le bon fonctionnement de la thyro\u00efde et entra\u00eener une hypothyro\u00efdie ou une hyperthyro\u00efdie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette raison, l\u2019EFSA (auto\u00adrit\u00e9 euro\u00adp\u00e9enne de s\u00e9cu\u00adrit\u00e9 des ali\u00adments) a fix\u00e9 une&nbsp;limite journali\u00e8re&nbsp;\u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9passer \u00e0 <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\"><strong>600 \u00b5g d\u2019iode par jour pour l\u2019adulte<\/strong>,<\/span> ce qui corresponde \u00e0 <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">une portion d\u2019algues s\u00e9ch\u00e9es (7 g) ou frais (50-70 g) au maximum<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez l\u2019adulte en bonne sant\u00e9, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019iode est \u00e9limin\u00e9 par les urines<\/span><\/strong>.
